John Naddeo – Chartered Certified Accountant in Brighton

My business model is to provide a personalised one to one service at a competitive price. By keeping overheads to a minimum, I can pass on the cost savings to my clients, while also providing them with a high quality accountancy and tax service. This is often hard to find with high street accountants with their hierarchical structures, substantial overheads and production line processes. Also, as my accountancy practice is a small non-vat registered business, my clients can make a further saving as they’re not charged vat on fees. This can provide them with a significant saving if they’re also not vat registered, or if they’re on the vat flat rate scheme.

As someone who was born and grew up in central Brighton, I have a deep knowledge and understanding of the town and its local businesses. I also chose to take my degree in Brighton and graduated from the University of Brighton in Accounting and Finance. I then started a Graduate Training Programme with Grant Thornton, a national firm of Chartered Accountants in Brighton. I gained broad experience working with local businesses, particularly owner managed businesses and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in Brighton. I then worked with several smaller firms of accountants before deciding to set up my own accountancy practice.

Over the years I have worked with a wide variety of owner managed businesses operating in sectors such as construction, retail and consultancy services. Most of these businesses are structured as sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. I have particularly enjoyed working with new start-up businesses, helping them to set up and grow their businesses.

Contact me today to arrange a free informal meeting to discuss your business, accounting and tax requirements. Naturally, there’s no obligation to appoint me as your accountant, although you may choose to when you’re fully satisfied with fee rates and the level of service you’ll receive.
